Adult Self-DefenseSpecialtyIn this six-week introductory course, students will learn practical self-defense skills through the lens of Kenpo Karate, focusing on confidence, awareness, and attacker-repelling techniques. Through age-appropriate scenarios and movement drills, students build strength, respect, and the tools to stand tall in tough situations.
