It involves a combination of strikes, kicks, and defensive techniques, as well as mental discipline and focus. The primary goal of Karate is to develop physical and mental strength, discipline, and self-defense skills. Karate can also provide a range of other benefits. For example, it can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve confidence and self-esteem, and promote a sense of community and camaraderie among practitioners.
