Participants will learn what AI really is (without the jargon), how it works, and explore practical tools such as voice assistants, music creation apps, and photo tools. The course also covers AI safety, responsible use for everyday tasks, and the benefits and challenges of AI, with plenty of time for questions. No technical background is needed. Sessions move at a comfortable pace with step-by-step demonstrations. By the end, participants will gain new digital skills and the confidence to use AI in ways that make life easier, more connected, and more fun.     Reset your parenting with conscious tools to reduce reactivity and support emotional growth. This method provides tools, strategies, and solid techniques to create the desired outcome. This program is offered in collaboration with Awaken with Aimee Conscious Life & Parenting Coach. The goal of Awaken With Aimee is for parents to heal their inner wounds so that they are able to truly connect with themselves and as a result, connect with their family on a deeper level. This process eliminates rewards and punishments and moves toward connection before any type of correction. Along with this, Aimee assists parents in getting attuned to their child's needs so that they are able to fulfill them.
