Adaptive Swim Lessons are private swim lessons that are geared towards the needs of the participants who may have (but not limited to) a social, emotional, cognitive, or physical impairment, and who may not benefit from the “traditional” swim lesson setting. Participants are paired 1:1 with an instructor, and are able to work on any goal that pertains to the child’s needs (i.e. sensory experience, basic swimming skills, gross motor or fine motor skills, etc.)

This entry-level indoor golf class is perfect for adults and families with little to no experience. Learn the basics of swing technique, putting, and chipping through hands-on instruction, fun drills, and engaging games. Private swim lessons for the adult beginner to intermediate swimmer. One on one attention make this class perfect for those adults just learning how to swim or do some lap swimming and looking for improvement on technique. Beginner swimmers will work on floating, kicking, gliding, treading, breathing, and improving your swimming skills in the water. Intermediate swimmers will learn improvement on their technique in order to get the most out of their exercise. Our goal is to make everyone safe and not afraid of the water, and to get those most out of their lap swim exercises.
