PopularRockwood Thunder Volleyball Private Lessons 24/25Rockwood Thunder VolleyballWelcome to the Rockwood Thunder VBC Private Lesson Online Payment System Note: Please do not register or make payment for private lessons if you have not already confirmed lessons with a specific coach through the Rockwood Thunder website at www.rockwoodthundervbc.com. Private lessons provide individualized skill and positional training to the player that wants to gain that extra edge on the competition. All of the Rockwood Thunder coaches involved in the private lesson program are highly trained in all individual positions and skills of volleyball. Payment must be made prior to the start of lessons. If payment is not received prior to the start of the lesson, the lesson will need to be rescheduled. We ask that you make payment at least two days in advance. WaitlistSmoky Mountains Adventure 2025Smoky Mountains AdventureALL TRIPS CURRENTLY HAVE A WAITING LIST - PLEASE REGISTER YOUR CHILD TO ADD TO THE LIST The Smoky Mountains Adventure trips are open to current Rockwood fifth grade students. Travel to the Great Smoky Mountains for an adventure-packed four days exploring the wilderness, searching for wildlife, learning about the environment and developing leadership skills. Stay at the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont, an environmental education center located within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Smoky Mountains Adventure Trip Dates: Trip 1: Ridge Meadows, Wild Horse, Woerther (departs from Wild Horse) | March 7-10 (bus departs March 7 at 6 a.m.) Trip 2: Ballwin, Fairway, Green Pines (departs from Fairway) | March 28-31 (bus departs March 28 at 6 a.m.) Trip 3: Babler, Chesterfield, Pond (departs from Chesterfield) | April 4-7 (bus departs April 4 at 6 a.m.) Trip 4: Blevins, Eureka, Geggie (departs from Blevins) | April 25-28 (bus departs April 25 at 6 a.m.) Trip 5: Ellisville, Kehrs Mill, Westridge (departs from Kehrs Mill) | May 2-5 (bus departs May 2 at 6 a.m.) Trip 6: Bowles, Kellison, Stanton, Uthoff Valley (departs from Uthoff Valley) | May 16-19 (bus departs May 16 at 6 a.m.) Fee: $725 Full payment option: Pay the full amount of $725 upon acceptance on the trip. Limited fee assistance may be available to those who qualify. Registration: Registration will take place through a random draw lottery. The lottery sign up period will run July 16-September 30. On October 1, the system will randomly draw from those who have registered for the lottery and will assign students to trips. You may only register for the lottery for your child's assigned school trip. You may not register for another school's trip. You only need to register one time for each child. All those registering for the lottery will have an equal chance to be drawn for the trip, regardless of when they register between July 16-September 30. Families can still register for the trip after October 1. There is no guarantee all students will be placed on a trip. If a trip is full, you have the option to register for the wait list and you will be contacted if/when a space becomes available.
