It involves a combination of strikes, kicks, and defensive techniques, as well as mental discipline and focus. The primary goal of Karate is to develop physical and mental strength, discipline, and self-defense skills. Practitioners of Karate can improve their physical fitness, balance, coordination, and flexibility, while also learning self-defense techniques and developing mental focus and discipline. Karate can also provide a range of other benefits. Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Private Lessons 25/26Rockwood Thunder VolleyballWelcome to the Rockwood Thunder VBC Private Lesson Online Payment SystemNote: Please do not register or make payment for private lessons if you have not already confirmed lessons with a specific coach through the Rockwood Thunder website at www.rockwoodthundervbc.com. Private lessons provide individualized skill and positional training to the player that wants to gain that extra edge on the competition. All of the Rockwood Thunder coaches involved in the private lesson program are highly trained in all individual positions and skills of volleyball. Payment must be made prior to the start of lessons. If payment is not received prior to the start of the lesson, the lesson will need to be rescheduled. We ask that you make payment at least two days in advance.
