The Smoky Mountains Adventure trips are open to Rockwood students entering fifth grade in the fall of 2025. Travel to the Great Smoky Mountains for an adventure-packed four days exploring the wilderness, searching for wildlife, learning about the environment and developing leadership skills. Stay at the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont, an environmental education center located within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Are you at your swim lessons and you forgot your goggles? Don't worry. You can purchase a pair here and pick from the selection at the pool with a Site-Supervisor. Just show them your confirmation email once the purchase is complete.

Group lessons are for ages 4 and up with classes taught in six stations. New swimmers will be evaluated and placed at a station based on their current skill level. Swimmers will advance from station to station at their own pace as they learn and can consistently perform the skills taught at each station. Our teaching progression emphasizes correct body position, stroke and kick, breathing and timing of the strokes while focusing on basic water safety, fitness and fun.
