Adult Strength & MobilityFitnessThis class builds strength, mobility, and confidence through safe, low impact training that supports everyday movement. Students use light weights, body weight exercises, and simple cardio patterns to improve balance, flexibility, and functional strength. Movements are joint friendly and can be adjusted for all ability levels, making the class welcoming to both beginners and experienced exercisers. The focus is on keeping your body moving well, lifting, reaching, stepping, bending, and staying stable, so daily activities feel easier and more comfortable. It is an encouraging, adaptable class for anyone who wants to stay active, build strength, and maintain long term mobility. Boot Camp FitnessFitnessThis is a fast-paced, military-inspired conditioning class built to push you from start to finish. For 60 straight minutes, you will move through bodyweight drills, strength circuits, core work, and sustained cardio designed to build power, endurance, and real functional toughness. The program is created in part by a 22-year U.S. Army veteran, bringing authentic training structure, discipline, and no-nonsense intensity to every session. Expect minimal rest, clear commands, and a steady drive to keep moving. Exercises are simple but demanding, and every movement can be scaled so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side. The goal is straightforward: get stronger, get leaner, and build the kind of grit that carries into everyday life. Through fun, structured drills that feel like games, kids learn awareness, how to use a strong voice, create space, and begin practicing simple escapes from wrist or shoulder grabs. Students build balance, coordination, focus, and confidence while developing foundational skills that prepare them for future karate training. Each session builds balance, body awareness, and confidence while gently strengthening the whole body. Students learn step-by-step portions of the Yang long form, developing the ability to move with ease and stay centered under pressure.
