Gateway Swim Club Evaluations-August 10
Evaluations for Gateway Swim Club are set up in 20 minute increments. Sign up for the best time for your schedule. Monday, August 10 | 5:30-7:30 p.m.Marquette High School $5.00 (non-refundable) Tryout Requirements:Basic Requirements for Scheduling a Tryout Have been in swim lessons, swim team or a summer league team If in SwimSchool need to be station 6 or higher For 10 & Under need to be able to swim at minimum length of the pool of each of the following: freestyle with breathing to side, backstroke, and parts of breaststroke and butterfly legal (either arms legal or kick legal) For 11 & Over need to be legal in all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) have general knowledge of flip turns, ability to swim a minimum of 200 yards (8 lengths of the pool) continuously Things to bring:Swim suit, towel, googles, swim cap Our coaches are looking forward to seeing everyone! -

Your child must have completed the standard ISR program before signing up for this class. You must contact Gateway ISR at info@gatewayisr.com first in order to schedule your maintenance class, or if you are interested in the standard ISR program. -
Preschool: Session 17 (Week of August 3); Crestview Middle School
The preschool lesson program is designed to introduce 3-5 year olds to proper breathing, front/back float and kicking techniques. When they can be done on a consistent basis, the child will continue to freestyle and backstroke. After they have reached the age of four, they may be moved to the Swim School Group Lessons. We still have spring availability HERE. -
Preschool: Session 18 (Week of August 10); Crestview Middle School
The preschool lesson program is designed to introduce 3-5 year olds to proper breathing, front/back float and kicking techniques. When they can be done on a consistent basis, the child will continue to freestyle and backstroke. After they have reached the age of four, they may be moved to the Swim School Group Lessons. We still have spring availability HERE. -
Private Lessons: Session 17 (Week of August 3); Crestview Middle School
Private lessons are for ages 3+ and all levels of swimmers who feel they will progress faster with one-on-one private instruction. Lessons will follow the standard program progression but can be tailored to specific needs if requested. -

Swim School Goggles Purchase ( Summer )
Are you at your swim lessons and you forgot your goggles? Don't worry. You can purchase a pair here and pick from the selection at the pool with a Site-Supervisor. Just show them your confirmation email once the purchase is complete. -
Swim School Group Lessons: Session 17 (Week of August 3); Crestview Middle School
Group lessons are for ages 4 and up with classes taught in six stations. New swimmers will be evaluated and placed at a station based on their current skill level. Swimmers will advance from station to station at their own pace as they learn and can consistently perform the skills taught at each station. Our teaching progression emphasizes correct body position, stroke and kick, breathing and timing of the strokes while focusing on basic water safety, fitness and fun. We still have spring availability HERE. -
