Tai-Chi Long FormFitnessThis class introduces students to the foundational movements and principles of Yang-style Tai Chi in a calm, supportive setting. Training focuses on comfortable stances, mindful weight shifting, coordinated arm movements, relaxed breathing, and smooth transitions between postures. Each session builds balance, body awareness, and confidence while gently strengthening the whole body. Students learn step-by-step portions of the Yang long form, developing the ability to move with ease and stay centered under pressure.
