Your child must have completed the standard ISR program before signing up for this class. You must contact Gateway ISR at info@gatewayisr.com first in order to schedule your maintenance class, or if you are interested in the standard ISR program.

The preschool lesson program is designed to introduce 3-5 year olds to proper breathing, front/back float and kicking techniques. When they can be done on a consistent basis, the child will continue to freestyle and backstroke. After they have reached the age of four, they may be moved to the Swim School Group Lessons. We still have spring availability HERE.

Private lessons are for ages 3+ and all levels of swimmers who feel they will progress faster with one-on-one private instruction. Lessons will follow the standard program progression but can be tailored to specific needs if requested.

Are you at your swim lessons and you forgot your goggles? Don't worry. You can purchase a pair here and pick from the selection at the pool with a Site-Supervisor. Just show them your confirmation email once the purchase is complete.

Group lessons are for ages 4 and up with classes taught in six stations. New swimmers will be evaluated and placed at a station based on their current skill level. Swimmers will advance from station to station at their own pace as they learn and can consistently perform the skills taught at each station. Our teaching progression emphasizes correct body position, stroke and kick, breathing and timing of the strokes while focusing on basic water safety, fitness and fun.
