Enter your best batch in our Fall Chili Cook-Off and put your recipe to the test! Your chili will be sampled by families and food lovers who will cast their votes for the top pick. It’s a fun, festive way to share your culinary skills, meet fellow chili enthusiasts, and enjoy the season. By registering an entry into the Chili Cook-Off, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for preparing enough chili to serve up to 75 attendees, with each receiving approximately 5–8 ounces. Please ensure your recipe yields an adequate amount to allow everyone the opportunity to sample your dish. Additionally, you understand that the event will only take place if a minimum number of participants register. Registration for attendees closes one week prior to the event, so that we can get you the most accurate number of servings required. NewFalling Leaves and Cider HikesAdult Outdoor Education & EventsJoin us for a weekly guided hike through breathtaking trails as we experience the stunning beauty of fall! With every step, you’ll be surrounded by vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows, making this the perfect way to immerse yourself in the season. Our guide will lead the way, sharing insights about the trail along with local history as we make our way through scenic paths. Each week we will visit a different trail, highlighting the best of St. Louis hiking, all within a one hour drive of your home. All trails are marked easy to moderate and will average 2-3 miles. After the hike, enjoy a cup of hot cider while making new friends. It’s the ideal way to embrace the fall season, connect with nature, and unwind with friends or fellow nature lovers.
