Hip-Hop is all about creativity, self-expression, and empowerment. Students will learn the rhythms and movements of Hip-Hop, the five elements of Hip-Hop, grooves, fundamentals, history, musicality, and terminology in its relation to the Hip-Hop dance culture. A beginner-friendly Hip-Hop dance combo and education around Hip-Hop. In recent years, hip hop has become one of the most popular music genres in the world, and has had a significant impact on popular culture and fashion. Dash, jump, and throw with Skyhawks Track & Field! This program teaches young athletes track and field essentials, from body positioning and stride to stretching and cool‐downs. Participants try events like javelin, discus, and hurdles (events vary by location). Each session builds skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. Get on track with Skyhawks for athletic and personal growth! Skyhawks St. Louis provides classes and camps to ages 2-14 across 10 different sports. Our programs give participants a fun, laid-back environment to learn the basics of a sport and to develop athletic and life skills. This on-camera scene study class is designed for adult actors of all levels who want to strengthen their presence, deepen instincts, and fully commit to each moment on screen. Over six weeks, actors will develop emotional honesty and connection through scripted material and improvisation, focusing on scene study, improvisation, and personalized character development. By the end of the course, participants will strengthen on-camera presence, create authentic characters, live moment-to-moment in scenes, collaborate effectively with partners, and receive scene recordings for review.
