PopularSummer Expo 2025 Exhibitor RegistrationSummer ExpoExhibitor Registration is Open In February 2024, over 1,700 people attended Summer Expo looking to answer the question, "What will my kids be doing this summer?" Join the largest in-person summer camp expo in the Saint Louis area as an exhibitor! Exhibitor booths have sold out the last five years, so be sure to register early to secure your spot! Summer Expo is presented by Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed and sponsored by STL Camps, part of STL Parent. All exhibitors must provide a Summer Camp program. Summer Expo 2025 Sunday, February 2, 2025 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Marquette High School, 2351 Clarkson Road, Chesterfield, Missouri Commons Exhibitor Fee: Before January 1: $195 January 1 or later: $205 Exhibitor receives one (1) table (72"Lx30"W), two (2) chairs, two (2) lunches, one (1) table signage, electricity and inclusion in the printed exhibitor guide. Note: Registration must be received before January 15, 2025 to guarantee inclusion in the printed exhibitor guide. Note: All exhibitor tables must have a table skirt. If you do not have a table skirt, one will be provided for you for an additional $10 fee. The exhibitor registration deadline is January 31, 2025. Registrations will be accepted and exhibitor tables assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sharing of tables is not allowed. There is a maximum of one organization allowed per table. There will be no refunds for the Summer Expo after January 1, 2025. Electric for all booths will be provided by Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed, however vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cord (we recommend an extension cord of at least 25 feet). Electric may only be used to power small electronic items, such as laptops, tablets or other low power equipment. Vendors working the expo must be over 18 years old. If minors are working the expo, we will still expect at least one adult over 18 years old to work with them. Your display should not block or interfere with neighboring exhibitors. TennisTennisAges 5-8 - 36’ x 18’ court - shorter nets - 18”-20” rackets. This class revolves entirely around having FUN, developing hand-eye coordination, and introducing basic stroke fundamentals. Proper rallying and serving aspects are explored while students are exposed to the basic rules of the game. This program is for participants 5-8 years old. Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports. Ages 9-10 - 60’ court - 23’’-25” rackets. This class encourages students to rally in a controlled fashion while learning the basics of score keeping. Singles and doubles are introduced as players can begin to play actual points on the age appropriate shortened courts. Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports. Ages 11-12 - standard court - 26”-27” rackets. This is a transitional class for players moving from orange classes to full-9-12size court with green tennis balls. Stroke fundamentals are still covered, but there is an introduction to strategy-based drills. Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports.
