Water Walking Winter/SpringAdult AquaticsWater Walking classes are held in chest-deep water, and may occasionally involve both shallow and deep water exposure. The class will include a variety of workouts focusing on aerobic activity, strength, and flexibility. Emphasis will be placed on range of motion and proper technique. All fitness levels and swimming abilities are welcome. Check out our Aqua Aerobics classes as well. Wildflower WalksAdult Outdoor Education & EventsWatch the woods come back to life as we visit glades, prairies, forests and other unique ecosystems. See the variety of native wildflowers blossom. This series will be held on a different trail each week. Hiking locations will be released each week prior to the hike and will include state parks and conservation areas in the St. Louis region (within an hour drive of West County). All trails will be marked "easy" to "moderate" and will average 2-3 miles in length. This program is led by CE Instructor, Aimee Gao.
