This is a fast-paced, military-inspired conditioning class built to push you from start to finish. For 60 straight minutes, you will move through bodyweight drills, strength circuits, core work, and sustained cardio designed to build power, endurance, and real functional toughness. The program is created in part by a 22-year U.S. Army veteran, bringing authentic training structure, discipline, and no-nonsense intensity to every session. Expect minimal rest, clear commands, and a steady drive to keep moving.
