Aqua Aerobics Fall (Shallow or Deep Water)Aqua Aerobics and Water WalkingThis low-impact workout is perfect for those looking to get in shape. Aqua Aerobics classes combine low-impact cardio, muscle toning, strengthening, and balance exercises. Classes are held in both deep and shallow water and meet twice a week. Check out our Water Walking class as well. Registration is still available with prorated discounts applied. Gold Card/Golden Key Card members (district residents ages 50 and older) receive a 50% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout.
